Live Conference Room
This is an online meeting room where we can speak, text chat and view pages, live with others.
We are currently in the process of updating our website and hope to have a regular guest speaker in our conference room once a month.
However, you can drop in anytime, you never know who might be in there!
Please feel free to come in and say HELLO!
Instructions
To gain access you need to download the program.
Download the Conference Room from HERE
Download the file and run it. It will then install the latest version and present you with a login screen.
Out of courtesy, can you please use your full name and where you are from ie Tony Smith - QLD.
** Check the schedule for times, but come on in anytime, someone may be in the room.
Important!
The file you are downloading is called smaaa_conference.exe.
It is an EXE file BUT please be assurred it is not harmful in any way.
This program comes with a THWAITES Signed Security Certificate which is your guarantee that it is safe.
It also does NOT use any ActiveX or Javascript components for those concerned about such matters!
As an added bonus, it is easily removed from your system.
Just delete the folder called "Conference" in your
"Program Files" Folder. ( this is the default location ).
